With the Maxim chassis handling
like a bucking bronco; sideways through the
banked corners and wheel standing down the straights, it will be
Nathan Smee wrestling the steering wheel and pressing the pedal
to the purpose-built race engine with a power-to-weight ratio
comparable to a Formula 1 racecar!
Thanks to team owner Steve Rhind,
Nathan steps back into the Sprintcar saddle for 4 "big" shows
against some of the worlds finest. With American superstars
Donny Schatz and Steve Kinser in town it's double duty for
Nathan Smee Racing who will be competing in both Speedcar 6 and
Sprintcars 81 & 48 over the next two months.
Contesting the International Race
events at home track Tyrepower Parramatta City Raceway in
addition to the 2008 Rod Bowen Prestige Smash Repairs Australian
Sprintcar Championship, Nathan will drive the 410ci power plant
which is capable of hitting well over 810hp!
Winner of a TPCR "A Main"
Sprintcar feature on 8th February 2003, it's a welcome return
for Nathan to the winged machines!
