To date, NSW has the largest contingent of travelling
teams, to be combined with nominated competitors from
VIC, SA, QLD, and WA. Increase this number with New
Zealand and America’s finest and there is little doubt
the SPEEDCAR SUPER SERIES will produce the highest
standard of competition Speedcars fans have enjoyed for
decades.
The announcement of the SPEEDCAR SUPER SERIES has
sparked interest within the promoting community, with
other tracks requesting to be included in the current
series schedule. Unfortunately with local events already
confirmed for each state, SSS Director Ken Jenkins has
had to turn down offers including one from Brisbane
International Speedway Promoter, John Kelly. The
decision has been made to maintain the six-round
programme agreed with drivers and sponsors AMERICAN TIRE
& RACING SERVICES, BREKA, and NSI.
With a number of tracks already voicing their interest
in hosting a round in next season’s schedule; the
passionate driver support from across the country and
the huge amount of positive feedback from fans
worldwide:-
How big could the SPEEDCAR SUPER SERIES be next year?
