Highlighting the interest
from across the nation, the Speedcar division’s
governing body Speedcars Australia has once again
committed to support the Speedcar Super Series for the
fourth year running.
With
representatives elected to the board from each state
including Neville Lance WA, Brad Dent NSW, Michael
Harders QLD and Peter Ghent VIC & SA; Speedcars
Australia and the Speedcar Super Series have joined
forces to further promote the Speedcar division by
showcasing the very best speedway action in the country.
“We have four pro-active men running Speedcars Australia
this season and I’m happy to report all are working extremely
hard in moving our sport forward" said SSS Director
Ken Jenkins. “They are all representing their state
clubs and all are involved in the series this year be it
via racing, official work or helping behind the scenes".
"This series has
generated heightened interest in Speedcar/Midget Racing
in Australia and it's due to the hard work put in by
everyone involved in the running of our race meetings.
Race after race, the drivers are showcasing spectacular
wheel to wheel racing which never disappoints; and this
year the SSS is set to deliver again".
"The talent is
outstanding in our contracted driver lineup" Ken stated,
"I would like to be able to pick the winner but there
are too many good drivers who could be standing on the
podium at any of the six rounds this season".
